Our apartment homes feature chef-inspired kitchens with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern finishes, LED lighting, luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, oversized windows, and a full-size washer and dryer in every homes.

Our community amenities are designed to elevate your lifestyle and include a fully equipped fitness center, two BBQ areas, a dog run, pet wash station, bike storage, game room, coworking spaces, a Smart Market, complimentary coffee bar, sparkling water, kombucha, cold brew on tap, and a spacious resident social lounge.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community and welcome both cats and dogs. While there is no weight limit, breed restrictions may apply. For a complete list of pet fees, deposits, and monthly pet rent, please visit our website and view the Fees & Costs page.

We currently offer lease terms ranging from 7 to 15 months. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer lease terms shorter than 7 months. Please note that shorter lease terms may be subject to a short-term lease premium. For current pricing and applicable fees, please refer to our website or contact our leasing office.

We offer a variety of ways to tour our community! You can conveniently schedule a tour online by visiting our website and selecting "Book a Tour" in the bottom right-hand corner of the main page. If you prefer, you're also welcome to give us a call or send us an email, and our leasing team will be happy to help you schedule a tour.

Radiate offers a secure, access-controlled parking garage exclusively for residents. Monthly parking fees apply, and residents must register their vehicle(s) with the leasing office.

We do not currently offer guest parking inside the garage. However, guests are welcome to use the convenient street parking located along Bear Creek Parkway, directly outside each building.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Upon move-in, residents are responsible for paying water, sewer, trash, electricity, and any cable or internet services they choose to use.

Our community features controlled-access buildings that require a key fob for entry. Only residents are issued fobs, providing an added layer of security and convenience.

The address 15808 Bear Creek Parkway, Redmond, WA 98052 is served by the Lake Washington School District (LWSD). Schools include Redmond elementary, middle and high school.

The community is within walking distance of the Redmond Transit Center, which provides access to multiple King County Metro and RapidRide bus routes, including Routes 223, 250, 542, 545, and RapidRide B Line. These routes offer convenient service to Downtown Redmond, Bellevue, Seattle, the University District, and surrounding communities.
